(Summary)
Search for your domain name in Whois on our website. Your domain contacts (i.e. your IDs) will appear.
You can also search by name or email.
(Summary)
To make a change you need to enter your ID and your password. If you do not remember what your password is you only have to ask it to be sent back to you.
Just fill the form with your handle (don't forget that !) and click the link
``I forgot my password''.
Within one hour we will send an e-mail with your password to the contact's e-mail address. It is thus important that the e-mail address you provide us with be valid and durable.
If your email address is incorrect/not valid anymore, this procedure will not work.
In that case you will need to download the following document (you need Acrobat Reader, available on http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html ):
``Change of email address for a Gandi handle'' ( http://www.gandi.net/docs/en/change_email.pdf ),
print it, conform yourself to the procedure explained in it, and send everything by postal mail to Gandi.
(Summary)
Every registrar has got its own IDs. These IDs do not work at other registrars.
Therefore you have to create an ID at Gandi, through our Administration section.
