Yes (except for .INFO/.BIZ/.NAME currently). You will have to pay the same price as a new domain (see above), and it will add one year to the current domain expiration date. There are no extra charges.

We recommand to start the transfer at least 1 month before expiration.

Yes, of course (except if the domain name has expired, in which case no transfer is possible). The procedure depends only on the new Registrars, you have nothing to do through Gandi webiste. You have nothing else to pay Gandi.

You cannot with Gandi.
We cannot sell domains in national TLD (for example .FR) at a low price.

Like all the other registrars, Gandi commits itself to find a solution in order to fulfill the pending contracts through another registrar. In other words, up to the domains' expiration date, the agreement will be transmitted free of charge to another registrar. Then you will have the possibility either to keep on working with this registrar or to locate other providers to solicit their services.

As soon as a domain is created we send a confirmation e-mail to the administrative contact with all the information about this domain name.

We also send an e-mail to the billing contact together with the invoice duplicates of the domain names purchased.

It is thus important that the contacts' e-mail addresses you provide us with be valid and durable.
