Please forgive us for having temporarily stopped our e-mail support wich has restarted today (03/20/2003), for a short period of time before we launch our new support system.

If you have any specific question, or need help from us for a specific problem you are having, you can contact us through e-mail. We do NOT answer phone calls nor accept support requests by fax.

However, in order to keep offering low rates, we have to limit our technical support to questions not already answered in our Frequently Answered Questions page.

If you think something is unclear in the FAQ, please let us know precisely what is unclear to you and why you find it unclear.

Please note that any modification to your domain parameters (except for the name of the domain owner) should be made through our modifications page, by yourself. Any modification request e-mailed to us will not be answered.

Before contacting us and reporting a problem, please see if our status page does not already take into account your problems. If so, it means that we are already aware and working on resolving the issue, thus you do not need to warn us.

When reporting any problem by e-mail, please be as specific as possible in describing the problem you are having, so that we can answer you quickly and efficiently. Do NOT forget

• to put a subject on your email (and not : urgent, hello, domain, question, problem, information, etc...)
• to give the domain name you need help for, or your handle/contact ID (if you have a problem with your handle data), or, in case of a problem with payment, the date, time, transaction number, name of your bank and type of credit card used
• not to put attached files, we will not open them
• not to send us many emails on the same topic, since it will only slow us down

We will NOT answer questions which are in our FAQ.
